We want you to be happy with every model you collect. Here's how returns and replacements work.
Return Window
You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Reverse Pickup
A reverse delivery charge of ₹60 applies when we arrange pickup of a returned item.
Damaged Items
If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a 20% deduction is applied to your refund.
Replacements
Replacement pickup costs ₹60, and delivery of the new item costs ₹60.
Additional Terms
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Customized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
